Take the NYG +6 here as we like the home team in this NFC battle. Yes we're big fans of the Giants, but two weeks ago we took the Chargers to cover and possibly win outright against our Giants, so we call it like we see it. We know this team very well as we are based out of the metropolitan area and follow them closely. This is the type of game they will show up for. The Giants played like a desperate team last week as they secure a road victory in Denver as a double digit underdog. This week the desperation continues. Combine that with the fact that Seattle is 1-6 ATS in their last 7 road games, and have looked extremely vulnerable this year. Take away their 46 point explosion at home vs a weak Indianapolis team and Seattle is just averaging 16 ppg. With LG Luke Joeckel sidelined, and the lack of a running game, we don't see how Seattle pulls away here. We do like them to win a close game, but either way we see this being a 3 point game. The Giants may be able to pull off the upset, but we definitely like them to stay within the 6 pt spread. The Giants have simplified their game-plan, they have no dynamic outside threats left, so they will continue to run the football, (against the 26th ranked run defense) and try to get their stud rookie TE involved. The Giants have a bye coming up after this game and with all the negativity that surrounded this team over the first five weeks of the season, how hopeless and beaten down they were, a win here will have this season feeling extremely different. Look for the G-men to keep this one close, and we wouldn't be surprised if they steal a victory outright. Take NYG+6.
